Urinary Tract Infections

UTIs are caused by bacteria or viruses that enter the urinary tract. Lab testing determines if an infection is present and which antibiotics will treat it.

Kidney Stones

Kidney stones come from salt and minerals in the urine. Most pass with time, but a procedure might be necessary to remove some kidney stones.

Bladder Cancer

You get bladder cancer when bladder cells become abnormal and grow out of control. Treatment includes surgical procedures and other therapies.

Prostate Cancer

Prostate cancer often presents no early symptoms. Prostate cancer treatment includes surgery, chemotherapy, cryotherapy, hormonal therapy, and/or radiation.

Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (Enlarged Prostate)

Urinary Incontinence

Urinary muscle spasms may cause overactive bladder (OAB) or urge incontinence. Treatment includes behavioral techniques, medications, or a combination of therapies.

Erectile Dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is the lack of ability to sustain an erection suitable for sexual intercourse. Treatments include lifestyle changes, medications, or surgeries.

Hematuria (Blood in Urine)

Hematuria is the presence of blood in the urine. Treatment includes antibiotics, medications, or various therapies. Sometimes no treatment is necessary.

Kidney Cancer

Many kidney cancers are detected incidentally with imaging techniques during evaluation for other conditions. Treatment includes removing the entire kidney or removing the tumor from the kidney.

Testicular Cancer

Testicular cancer arises from cells that produce either sperm or male sex hormones. It is treated with radiation, chemotherapy, and surgery.
